Sinfonieorchester

Die Vorspiele finden dann am 25.10. statt, ebenfalls im Henry-Ford-Bau.

Das Sinfonieorchester beteiligt sich in diesem Jahr am Deutschen Orchesterwettbewerb mit einem Videobeitrag. Die Aufzeichnung findet am 29./30.10. statt. Wenn du dabei sein möchtest, solltest du auch zum Probenwochenende im Feriendorf Dorado mitkommen (22.-24.10.).

There, we will provide you with details about the audition and the required sheet music. The auditions will be held at the same location, on October 25.

This fall, the Sinfonieorchester will participate in the national orchestra competition. The competition entry will be video recorded on October 29 and 30. If you would like to join us for the competition, you should also attend the rehearsal camp at Feriendorf Dorado (outside Berlin) from October 22 to 24.

Kleines Sinfonisches Orchester

In the audition, you will be asked to repeat some vocal exercises so we can assess your vocal range and intonation. You will not be asked to sight read any music. The first rehearsal takes place right after the auditions.

Kammerchor

Then, you are welcome to join our auditions taking place at Audimax, Freie Universität / Henry-Ford-Bau, Garystr. 35, 14195 Berlin on Thursday, October 21, 5 pm. For the audition, previous experience as a choir singer is required. Please prepare a short piece of your choice (~1-2 minutes). Your vocal range, intonation and overall musicality will be assessed in a series of vocal exercises. You will also be asked to sight read a short extract from an easier piece. The first rehearsal takes place right after the auditions.

Bigband

Freie Stellen: Piano, Trompete, Sax (Alt, Bari und evtl. Tenor), Gitarre
